OPEN SESSION AGENDA November Minutes reviewed – waiting for a few to review. Membership meeting on Jan 23rd at 7 pm at Frankfort Library. This was posted on webpage after last meeting. Library is confirmed. Looking for new board members. Striving for good representation from all three schools. Looking for interested people to join the board and their letters of intent. Letters due 30 days prior to meeting. Members and Board of directors need to confirm that there are no changes needed to the bylaws. Surveys will be handed out to Managers. Due Jan 7th. Set next Board meeting Jan 11 at 7PM. Erika to contact HF Ice to reserve room. Alumni Skate for Dec 23rd. 26 skaters have responded to attend along with 2 goalies. Kevin and George will be there. Refs being arranged. We have enough alumni that we will not need seniors to play. Senior night is scheduled for Jan 21st at HF. Team is likely the Renegades. Will have photographer, introductions, pucks and roses, banners. Special Team games with Hornets Sled Hockey with Varsity. Have not been able to set a date yet based on conflicts. Tomahawks schedule is full so not likely to have a game with JV Red. Jan 11th Skate with LW for 8th graders at HF Ice Arena. Need to track who attends and follow up. Coach Kevin will determine which LW players will be on the ice for this skate. Joe McG will update website with the January practice schedules. Practices during finals week may be adjusted. Emails to be sent. West Outdoor games Dec 31 and Jan 2. Waivers will be needed for players and coaches. Will need to be sure to label sticks and gear. Reports cards out soon, managers will need to make request for copies of honor roll and high honor roll for certificates Coach ranking of teams and all state coming up soon Are we using HUDL App effectively? Brian will follow up with coaches to ask. West All star game Jan 9, All Stars for Red is Jan 8. Hayes suburban schedule done now for rest of the season. Looking at what we need to do before Spring for going more tech for registration. And update website as we might need. Spring can be more of a pilot so we are ready for the fall. Propose dates for Feb and March meetings at January Meeting
