QUALIFICATION LEVELS FIRST QUALIFIED ACADEMY:
ELIGIBILITY: Rank achievements must occur during the current Leadership Academy qualification period.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Achieve the rank of 4-Star during two (2) separate four week periods, or achieve the rank of 5-Star or higher during one four week period.
SECOND QUALIFIED ACADEMY: Achieve the rank of 5-Star during two (2) separate four week periods, or achieve the rank of 6-Star or higher during one four week period.
THIRD QUALIFIED ACADEMY: Achieve the rank of 6-Star during two (2) separate four week periods, or achieve the rank of 7-Star or higher during one four week period.
FOURTH QUALIFIED ACADEMY AND BEYOND: Achieve the rank of 7-star one time, and maintain a minimum rank of 4-star for the remainder of the qualification period.
-Q ualification to this Leadership Academy is open to IEs living in North, Central and South America.
- All Independent Executives must be over the age of 18 years old. Anyone below the age of 18 will not be allowed to attend. - Upon qualification, all Independent Executives must maintain active status (pay the annual membership fee) and be in good standing with the company throughout the qualification period. - If you qualify to attend the Leadership Academy and cannot attend, you may not apply your qualification to a future Leadership Academy. - Leadership Academy qualification is non-transferable. It may only be used by the qualifying Independent Executive. - Independent Executives are responsible for booking their airline tickets and submitting them for reimbursement; when making flight arrangements, please keep in mind the reimbursement allowance for your corresponding country. Airline tickets must be submitted to [email protected] no later than 30 days after the event in order to receive reimbursement. After 30 days, no reimbursements will be made.
