FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE PARTITION WALLS AND DISTRIBUTION

Foundations made of concrete bottom plate and isolated shallow foundation filled with a concrete layer and reinforced concrete, according to the allowed tension of 2,6 Kg/cm2

Partition walls made of plaster panels and mineral wool, to be painted with synthetic paint.

Pillars made of reinforced concrete in accordance with DB-SE of the building plans. Building structure made of reticular concrete slabs, 30 cm thick, on concrete pillars, between 70 cm axes and 10 cm iron rods. Sanitary slab: floating floor made of 70 mm thick mineral wool.

PAINTING AND FAÇADES

On vertical walls: tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, rest of the property and horizontal walls: synthetic paint. Vertical and horizontal walls: synthetic paint. Façade finished with single-layer plaster; self carrying brick-backing.
