The Queens Vertical Garden aims to reactivate the unused space of the New York State Pavillion by creating a modular public walkway and garden within it. Visitors would be able to circulate vertically around the inner perimeter of the pavilion. Views from the walkways would use the pavilion as a lens to look out to the rest of the city.
The Wild Garden unit features hanging plants from the scaffolding structure.
