Quilt Sampler Springfield Now Carries Brother 6 and 10 Needle Embroidery Machines!!
Have you ever read the book, The Road Less Traveled by Scott Peck? One of the first recollections about that book is his line: Life is hard. How does that relate to sewing machines? The best way I can put it is: Mechanical things are going to fail. The sooner you embrace that, better you will be. We sell great brands of sewing machines and an unbelievable amount of time and money is put into engineering these to be the best, most reliable machines they can be. With that said sometimes they are going to need some work, whether it is to address a problem or routine maintenance. We embrace this part of our business and that is why we have two full-time mechanics. Experience is important when it comes to the repair business. We see a lot of machine problems, and that is good for you and for us. If you required a surgical procedure I am certain you would want a surgeon who had conducted many operations. We have done over 8,000 machine repairs. A friend of mine, CJ Tinkle, often gets asked where to buy a sewing machine and her standard response is: buy based on the quality of the service department. I agree with her.
