HOW TO RECORD MANUALLY OVER THE NETWORK FOR SYSTEMS MODEL NUMBERS: QSD9004series, QR series, QSDR series

STEP 1: Turn on your computer and open Internet Explorer.

STEP 2: In the address bar, enter in the IP address of your DVR.

MODEL NUMBERS: QSD9004series, QR series, QSDR series

STEP 3: Click on the “LOGIN” button. If you set up a password on your DVR, enter it in the “PASSWORD” field before clicking “LOGIN”. (If this screen does not appear, see the “ActiveX Controls” guide)

STEP 4: Click on the “REPLAY” button.

STEP 5: Set all channels to “ON”.

STEP 6: Click “APPLY”.

STEP 7: Click “LIVE”.

STEP 8: Click on the “Record” button to start or stop recording.

STEP 9: On the Channel Display, a small “R” will show which channels are recording.

STEP 10: In order to locate the files that you manually recorded, go to your desktop, click on the “Start” menu, and go to “My Computer”.

STEP 11: Go to the C:/ drive.

STEP 12: Go to the “DVR” folder.

STEP 13: A folder with the IP address of your DVR will be in this folder; all of your manually recorded files will be located here.
