Release of Liability In consideration of my child’s participation in the Rattler Football Camp to be conducted on the campus of San Marcos High School July 14-16, 2015, I, the undersigned, do hereby, for myself and heirs, release and forever discharge all rights and claims against the Rattler Football Camp, the camp staff, San Marcos CISD, and any employee of the above mentioned School District, for any property loss, illness, or injury sustained in connection with the Rattler Pride Football Camp. I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this football camp and state that my child is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. PLEASE SIGN & DATE BELOW:

WHO CAN ATTEND? To be eligible to attend this camp you must live in the San Marcos High School attendance zone and be an incoming 7-9th grader.
WHAT IS THE COST? The cost is $60.00 per camper. This pays for the camp, Rattler T-shirt & shorts he will need throughout the year.
There will be no refunds. REGISTRATION DEADLINE Late registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the first day of camp. Late registered, may not receive a T-shirt or shorts.
