The Players Club is a public 18-hole golf course often proclaimed as the best track in East Central Indiana. Winding through the beautiful homes of Woodland Trails, the course measures 6,394 yards from the championship tees and 5,395 yards from the ladies tees. The course condition is always in top shape, thanks to bent grass greens, tees, and fairways.

Led Ball State to six wins and bowl eligibility in his first season at the helm of the Cardinal Football program. Guided Ball State to a 3-1 start in 2011, marking the program’s second best start to a season since the 1995 campaign. Led Ball State to the fourth best come from behind victory in school history with a 31-27 win over conference rival Central Michigan. Opened his Ball State coaching career with a win over in-state rival Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Raised the NCAA Academic Progress Rate at Elon to 971 during the 2009-10 academic year and a four year average of 965. Led Elon to the 2009 FCS Playoffs for the first time in the history of the program. Led Lehigh to the 2001 and 2004 Patriot League Championships and berths in the FCS Playoffs. 1965 Cardinal Football At this year’s golf tournament, we will be honoring the 1965 Cardinal Football team led by Ray Louthen. The 1965 team went 9-0-1 and competed in the Grantland Rice Bowl against Tennessee State. The bowl appearance marked the Cardinals first-ever trip to a bowl game.
