Children whose birthdates fall between 7/31/1995 - 9/5/2010. U5 plays Jamboree style (Saturdays only beginning 9/6/14) U4 Register at www.playtimeadventure.com
WHAT TO BRING:
TWO copies of the registration form (complete at www.eayso.org), correct funds, and child’s birth certificate. Express line available for credit card receipts and form collection.
COST:
The registration cost is $100 per player Fall Fundraiser of $10 on opening day August 23rd (Carl’s Jr. Coupon books) **Save $10 at Early Bird registration events. *Family Discount available $5 per child (Regualr registration only)
