AYSO Region 106 is an all-volunteer, parent run youth organization. - Parent Participation is required. Each player’s family is expected to participate in the running of the region by completing a minimum of three (3) hours parental participation per season per registered player. Parents can sign up to participate at www.ayso106.org

Step 2: Mail in your forms with full payment Returning AYSO Region 106 Players: Mail two copies with proper payment to: AYSO Region 106 P.O. Box 310 Lakewood, CA 90714-0310
New Players (Did not play in AYSO Region 106 during 2015 Fall or 2016 Spring Rec Season) New Players: Must register on-line and complete process in person at one of the registration dates (see front of flyer). Players 5 years of age and older must be present to complete a skills assessment. Proof of age required at time of registration. Bring all two copies registration, proof of age, player, and payment to one of the registration dates posted above.

Click on “My child has played in AYSO, but we have never used eAYSO” Create your eAYSO account with your email address and personal password Log into your account In the left column choose “Application for a new player” Complete the on-line registration form (select AYSO REGION 106) Choose the e-signature option and complete Print TWO copies of the on-line form and bring both to complete registration with payment
Step 2: Come to an upcoming Registration event along with: A. Printed and completed registration forms B. Proof of birth date documentation (Birth Certificate, Passport or Baptismal Certificate) C. Bring player for evaluation a. Players 5 years and older must be present to complete a skills assessment NOTE: REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ABOVE STEPS ARE COMPLETE AND APPLICABLE FEES ARE PAID
