Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School summer intervention program was created in 2002 to provide intensive intervention for children performing below grade level in reading or math. Based on assessment results, students are placed in one-toone or small group settings. Intervention is designed to meet individual needs and achievement levels. Children may attend 2 days or 4 days a week for six weeks.

About the Program Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School Summer Reading and Math Program is an innovative, instructional curriculum created for children in grades Kindergarten through seventh grade. The program is designed for: Children experiencing reading or math difficulties in the regular classroom. Children who have been diagnosed with severe reading or math disabilities.
Children enrolled in past years have experienced: Substantial gains in word attack skills
2 days/week session $450 4 days/week session $850 Intervention is provided by instructors who are highly trained in current, research-based methods.
Increased vocabulary development Increased math computation and problem solving skills Enhanced motivation and self-esteem.
