One month’s tuition must be paid no later than July 1, 2018 to retain you child’s place at WFS. This is your payment for May 2019. 4. Tuition during the school year is due on the first day of the month when your child’s class meets and will be paid in full regardless of child’s absences or holidays. 5. A late fee of $10 will be charged if the tuition is not received at WFS either by placing it in the class tuition box or by mail by the 10th of the month for which tuition is due. 6. Make all payments by CHECK. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge. Tuition Charges: MW or TTh 2’s: $190/mo,$1710/yr TTh 3’s: $220/mo, $1980/yr M-F 4’s: $270/mo, $2430/yr TWTh 3’s or 4’s: $230/mo, $2070/yr Transitional Fives: $290/mo, $2610/yr Yearly Activity Fees – NON-REFUNDABLE MW or TTh $60.00, TWTh $70.00, M-F $90.00, T-Fives $100.00 Activity fees are paid once a year per child to cover field trips and special projects and activities. ********************************************************************************* TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION, PLEASE SEE THE BACK OF THIS FORM A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is due when you register.
