JR. MIDGETS TACKLE It is important for league planning during the next month that all potential players take the time to fill out this online registration form as soon as possible. League will form by the end of June and practices will start at the end of July. When school is out, it is difficult to get information to the Player’s and Parent’s. This will be the only way we know how to contact you.

SCHOLARSHIPS: FCYSO promises that NO child shall be denied the opportunity to participate in the organizations sports because of not having the means to pay the fees required. If you would like to be considered for a full scholarship or reduced fees, please visit our website for application process. Scholarship DEADLINE is June 1, 2017
LATE REGISTRATION: Late registrations are not guaranteed and are subject to a $25 fee. Registration is not considered complete until the registration, fees, and volunteer deposit have been paid in full.
REFUND POLICY: From date of posted registration closing: Day 1 through Day 7 – 100% Refund. Day 8 through Day 14 – 50% Refund. Day 14 you will be required to fulfill volunteer hours or pay required volunteer deposit. Day 15 – NO REFUND!
