Claims will only apply between 3rd November and before midnight on 28th November.
Refunds only apply on like for like purchases.
Claims must be submitted before midnight on Thursday 30th November.
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of making a claim.
Refunds will not apply to the following: Reboxed Units, Used Items, negotiated value added sales and items purchased before the 2nd November or after the 29th November.
Refunds will not apply to purchases on finance as a payment will only be paid with a credit note. Purchases made via a 3rd party are not eligible – not affecting purchases to Reliant Direct using Amazon or Pay Pal payments.
