Rental Rates The Warfield House Inn is a Boutique Wedding Venue with a Stunning Panoramic View of the Berkshire Foothills Our 550 acre mountain-top property overlooking the village of Charlemont, the Deerfield River, and Berkshire East Adventure Resort, is home to a working farm, a fourteen-room Bed & Breakfast, and indoor and outdoor venues. Whether you are hosting a small gathering of 30 or a wedding for 165, we have the facility to meet your needs, and will to work with you to meet your budget.
Warfield Wedding Package Includes:
Our Garden Ceremony Area for your nuptials; Outdoor Pavilion for your celebration -- seats up to 165 guests. Monday- Thursday: $3295* Sunday/Friday rate: $4295* Saturday & Holidays: $5295* .*Rental fee includes: Tables, Chairs, Setup, Custodial Services, 12’x15’ Dance Floor, On-site Event Coordinator and Bartender(s) as needed based on guest count. Rental fees are based on 8 hours use of the facility. This includes 2 hours set up, 5 hours for the event, and one hour for cleanup and breakdown. Additional hours can be secured at the rate of $250 per hour. Seasonal Options - space heaters are available if needed (gas not included, charged at $40 per heater)
Additional Extras: Our Indoor Charlemont and Warfield Rooms are ideal for 25-65 people. Rates range from $249-$499*/hour These rooms are available for an indoor wedding, rehearsal dinner, brunch or cocktail hour, and includes the use of attached decks. *Taxes and gratuity are not included in pricing. ***Lower rates are available for non-profit organizations. Proof of 501 C3 status must be provided.
