ROOM RATES Gallery 104 ➢ $800/week ➢ 450 Square Feet ➢ Maximum capacity: 40 people Gallery 105 ➢ $1,200/week ➢ 900 Square Feet ➢ Maximum capacity: 85 people DEPOSITS Key Deposit $50 ➢ Keys can be picked up and returned to Maya in the office in 119 Ingraham, Suite 202 Monday through Friday 9 am 5 pm. Security Deposit $500+ per space rented ➢ Secures client’s reservation for the space. May be above $500 if the nature of the event warrants it. Returned to client after event if there are no damages left to the space. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled event to have full security deposit returned. FEES Repainting Fee $100 for Studio 104 and $250 for 105 ➢ If damage is done to walls and is not repaired by client Uninstall Fee $500 ➢ If artwork is not taken down by the date it’s agreed to be down by Over Time Fee $100/hour ➢ If an event goes over the hours agreed upon during booking Large Event Fee $25/hour ➢ If an event is expecting 20+ guests this extra charge is for additional staffing FILM PRODUCTIONS All film productions and events that include shooting video footage must go through our Stages Department and are subject to a different pricing structure PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN EXHIBITION WHERE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ARE PRESENT MUST HAVE EVENT INSURANCE www.theeventhelper.com

Licensee shall maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance in customary form protecting Licensee, Licensor, BFP Bushwick Corp, Brooklyn Fire Proof East Inc., Brooklyn Fire Proof Inc. and 480 Johnson LLC. against all claims of third parties for bodily injury, death, personal injury, and property damage (including personal injury liability covering libel, slander, false arrest and malicious prosecution, and fire and water damage legal liability) occurring in, upon, or about the Licensed Area and the Building and any appurtenances thereto. Such policy is to be written by good and solvent insurance companies satisfactory to Landlord, and shall be not less than the amount of *(i) One Million ($1,000,000) Dollars per occurrence for bodily or personal injury (including death) and property damage and (ii) Two Million ($2,000,000) Dollars for bodily or personal injury (including death) and property damage in the aggregate. b. Licensee shall endorse their policy to name BFP BUSHWICK CORP., Brooklyn Fire Proof Inc., Brooklyn Fire Proof East Inc. and 480 Johnson LLC ,. 119 Ingraham St. Suite 202, Brooklyn, NY 11237. c. Licensee shall supply insurance certificates and endorsements no later than 4 days before entering premises. d. Certificate is to include proof of worker’s comp. e. Certificate description box shall read: The certificate holder. BFP BUSHWICK CORP., Brooklyn Fire Proof Inc., Brooklyn Fire Proof East Inc. and 480 Johnson LLC are included as additional insured on the General Liability. Coverage is written on a primary and noncontributory basis and a waiver of subrogation applies in favor of the additional insured’s for the General Liability and Workers Compensation.
Security deposit is nonrefundable if customer cancels event less than 7 days before the start date of the rental. Only refundable if property remains undamaged. License fees do not include any damage or loss of property from the BFP Temporary Storage facilities. Any extra expenses accrued as a result of damage or loss of rental property are the sole responsibility of the customer. Brooklyn Fire Proof reserves the right to invoice additional expenses following any event.
