Renting The Arden RATES valid from: January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 Auditorium – Capacity is 509   

Rental rates include: Main Stage, Green Room, 4 Dressing Rooms and Progress Hall Rates also include: 2 technicians, volunteer ushers and ticket takers Scheduling must include a one hour meal break for technicians after 4 hours, no exceptions. There is a 2 hour overtime penalty for failure to provide a break.
