An Overall Look at the Survey Feedback Reporting System Survey results are available for brokers, managers and agents in real time on a password protected website. Survey feedback consists of statistical reports aggregated from the questions on the surveys, and all the written comments that sellers and buyers may have volunteered. Broker Reporting System. The broker may view aggregated results on a company, office or individual agent level. The data is broken down into overall statistics covering combined seller and buyer data. It is further separated into buyer statistics and seller statistics. Statistics are compiled for each survey question and displayed on a company or office level. Individual agent survey statistics and written customer comments may also be viewed. Offices and even individual agents may be stacked ranked in several categories with just a click of the mouse.

Overall Satisfaction Rating. There is an overall satisfaction question on both the buyer and seller survey. After at least two surveys are returned, the compiled score of this question becomes each agent’s Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSR), and may be displayed by an agent on our consumer-facing website RatedAgent.com or other social media.
