Newly Redesigned Apartment Homes
We are excited to announce that we have completed the renovation of 4 buildings at Pine Brook Village and 5 buildings at Villa Venetia. The new homes will provide an elegant living space with a modern touch. They will include open floor-plans, custom cabinetry, upgraded faucets and fixtures, and new appliances. The interiors will consist of 4 various cabinet and finish schemes. New Community Building and Amenity Courtyard Progress Update Great progress has been made on your new Community Building and Amenity Courtyard. The structure for the new community building is almost complete. The new community Building will include a state of the art fitness center that will rival any local gym, a gourmet kitchen and living area to entertain family and friends, and will become a central location for resident events and getting to know your neighbors. The new Amenity Courtyard will include a resort style pool with beach entry, Spas, splash pads, outdoor living area with a fireplace and several barbeques. The new Community Building and Amenity Courtyard will be available for your enjoyment in February 2013.
Idyllic Water Features Your own oasis in the suburbs… The water Features are almost complete. The new Water features will include 2 small waterfalls and several streams leading to a large pond. Additional grass areas and walkways have been added for your convenience and comfort.
Entertaining family and friends alongside the water feature is a great way to spend an afternoon. Five barbeque and seating areas along the water have been added for your enjoyment. The water features and barbeque areas will be open in January 2013
Centralized Leasing and Resident Services Your one-stop customer service center… The new centralized Leasing and Resident Service center is almost complete and will serve as a consolidated Leasing and Resident Service Office. The office will provide even more convenience, efficiency, and services, such as a concierge, dry cleaning delivery, and extended parcel pick up hours. Cabanas will also be available for your visiting guests. The newly renovated Leasing & Resident Services office will be open at the end of January 2013.
