Who Can Attend? Youth, collage age students and adults, no children. (Youth may only work at the Food Bank) Registration: Sign up by going to For The Children click the GO Button at the bottom of the page. Registration Fees: There is a $15 registration fee per person required that covers accidental insurance, a name badge, a tshirt and back ground check cost. No onsite registration will be taken. Cost: If the group is at least 15 people, The Hacienda can provide 3 meals and a dorm stay for $32-$35/day depending on meal choices, With no meals, it is $18-$20 in a dorm per night depending which facility is available. . When calling to book rooms, group leaders should inform the office staff that they are coming to help with the Border Crisis. No short shorts or clothes for are revealing or inappropriate. First Aid: Groups need to provide their own first aid kits. Participants will convene each day at 8:00 am at the Haci3enda Camp, job assignments will be discussed and assigned. Primarily all groups will be doing distribution sorting.. Each participant needs to bring the following items: - work clothes that will get dirty - a pair of inexpensive leather work gloves - a pair of inexpensive rubber gloves Transportation: Transportation to and from the Churches and to work sites is at the expense of the group/individual. This includes transportation to and from the worksites.
