Nutrition! All of our menus comply with the government’s nutritional standards. We analyse every one of our dishes to ensure that we have just the right amount of the 14 key nutrients that will give a child at least one third of their Guideline Daily Allowance (GDA) if eaten every day at school over a three week cycle. For more information on the Nutritional Standards visit: www.schoolfoodtrust.org.uk
