The men’s soccer program has turned the corner in its trek of building a tradition of excellence. Head Coach Charlie Inverso and the Rider Broncs completed the 2015 and 2016 season winning the MAAC Championship earning two consecutive NCAA bids. In the 2015 season the Broncs notched the program’s most wins since 1997 having 4 players select to all MAAC 1st team. Inverso, the 2015 regional D1 Coach of the Year has brought a wealth of experience to the Rider men’s soccer program. He produced teams ranked among the best in the country at Mercer County Community College for 24 years where he compiled a 434-46-14 record prior to joining Rider. Under Inverso’s leadership, Mercer won 5 National Championships starting in 1988 and again in 1991, 1995, 1996, and 2004. During his 24-year tenure at the helm of the MCCC program, Inverso's former players have enjoyed impressive success. Over 40 former players have become college or high school coaches and 16 former players have played professionally.

2017 HS ID Clinic Agreement to Participate and Release Waiver

Rider University Coach’s

offers the unique opportunity for all male high school players, to participate in its “High School ID Clinic”, which is an intense and challenging one day of training and a close up of what a Division I soccer program is all about. This clinic is designed for premier high school players seeking an opportunity to experience the rigors of college soccer.

Clinic runs from 8:00am to 11am. (2083

FROM ROUTE 1 North or South: Take exit to Route 95 S (towards Philadelphia). Drive for about 1.5 miles and take exit 7A (Route 206 S). Drive on Route 206 S for about 1 mile, go through the first traffic light and make a right at the second University’s entrance. Enter the Rider University campus using the University’s south gate. Follow signs to the athletic facilities which are located deep inside the campus. FROM ROUTE 95 South or North: Take Route 95 North or South (depending on your location) and take exit 7A (Route 206 S). Once on Route 206 south, follow directions above. TUITION: $80.00 (per player) Walk up price is $90.00 and must be cash payment.
