Through weekend celebration services, mid-week life groups and church planting, our vision is to raise up communities who are bringing the Gospel to a world in need. The church was planted 17 years ago by Mariners Church of Irvine, CA and currently has a weekend attendance of approximately 4500 adults across 5 campuses and an annual budget of 7.325 million. About Our Church Wide Team The Operations team exists to support, empower and protect the ministries, staff, and body of ROCKHARBOR to further the mission of the church. This position is a part of the Operations Team, serving in the Business Office to support all Campuses in their Global Missions efforts. The Global Services Manager acts as an administrative “hub” for all trips across all campuses providing support and training to all global teams. About the position This position is a full-time [40 hours/week with benefits] permanent position. This position reports to Bryan Wilkins. JOB DESCRIPTION – 2015/2016

ROCKHARBOR Church Global Missions Support Services Manager Primary purpose of position Provide operational support services to Global Missions at all ROCKHARBOR Campuses. Key responsibilities: Financial Accounting  Work with staff and/or volunteer leaders to develop budgets for each global trip.  Create and maintain In and Out accounts for each trip and Global Partnership.  Set up online team fundraising platform (Webconnex) and train teams on unitizing the platform and fundraising guidelines.  Track and deposit global trip support income.  Work with teams to track trip expenses and develop a timeline of when checks/reimbursement are needed, prepare and reconcile cash advances and make payments for travel arrangements.  Close trip accounts and transfer balance/deficit to or from the partnership ministry account.  Communicate regularly with team leaders and campus staff on status of fundraising and the financial health of teams.  Track finances, submit reimbursements for long term missionaries, residencies and partnership development trips.  Maintain and submit transfers for any First Fruits support to missionaries, trips or partners.  Communicate with Campus Pastors and Leaders on the status of partnership accounts.  Ensure all RH Business Office procedures and policies are followed for good IRS standing.  Communicate with Pastors and leaders about ministry needs, submitting check request for partnership support as needed. Travel Support  Work with staff and/or volunteer leaders to develop travel itineraries for each global trip.  Book any needed hotel, plane or miscellaneous travel arrangements.  Secure trip insurance for each team member.  Secure needed travel documents for team members (visas).  Ensure liability forms are signed and submitted.  Conduct background checks as needed.  Print and distribute fundraising guidelines.  Ensure leaders are updated on policy changes regarding donations.  Ensure trip covenants are signed and submitted.  Book training rooms at RH as needed.  Set up and distribute trip information sheets and applications.

Team Support  Coach staff and/or volunteer leaders through team recruiting, financial policies and application process sharing tools and best practices. Receive from leader confirmed roster of team members and all needed applications/documentation.  Perform background checks on team members if needed.  Work with returning teams on health re-acclimation. Platforms Maintained:  Managed Missions Software  Shelby Financials  Webconnex  Wufoo online application software  Background checks  CORE/CCB  Outlook Calendars RH All-staff requirements  Attendance at weekly staff meetings.  Participation in Church Wide Events  One hour of “rock time” to be spent weekly in prayer for RH ministry.  Adherence to all leadership and employee guidelines as outlined in the employee Handbook.  RH endeavors to conduct developmental reviews on an annual basis.
