Preparation • Add 1,5 L water with ham in a pot and bring to boil; season with 30 g Knorr Pork Broth Base to make stock; then add 10 g Knorr Oyster Sauce and a bit of dark soy sauce. Later add jujubes; wolfberry and pear. • Serve hot with the rest of ingredients. • For Northern Wedding: cook all ingredients together in the kitchen and serve as a soup.
