FOB Blairs, VA. RETURNS Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Permission must be obtained from VGB. A 15% restocking fee plus freight may apply. Product must be received in saleable condition as determined by VGB or return will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 15% plus freight will apply to refused or undeliverable goods. DISCOUNT & ALLOWANCE POLICY To qualify for terms discount, freight allowance, or any other offer, invoices must be paid in full & within terms. Discounts must be deducted from payments. Failure to deduct discounts will not obligate VGB to honor subsequent claims beyond 30 days from the due date of the invoice.
FREIGHT ALLOWANCE: A freight allowance is available for single shipments to a single resale location within the contiguous 48 United States as follows. Freight allowance applies to entire line and cannot exceed actual freight charges. Freight Allowance Program is not allowed on orders shipping collect. Display units are not included. Freight Allowance Program is not available outside contiguous 48 United States. The freight allowance may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of VGB.
