LOCATION and DIRECTIONS
BY ORDER OF THE ST. MARYS POLICE DEPT:
• The St Marys Historic Waterfront is located 8 miles off I-95, Exit 3 from the north, or Exit 1 from the south. At the light, turn left and drive to the very end (approx. 8 miles).
• No sale of alcoholic beverages
• A Kiwanis member will meet you at the barricades to check you in and assign booth space numbers. The center of the festival is held at the intersection of Osborne and St Marys Streets.
• Lang’s Seafood, left of the main stage, may have ice for sale until midday. There are only two direct water connections. Bring containers to store water at your booth.
FESTIVAL TIME
• We recommend you obtain ice and bring it to the festival.
• Check-in begins at 5:30 am and booth numbers will be assigned. No booth numbers will be given prior to Festival Day. Setup on Festival Day only. Booths must be setup with vehicles out of the exhibit area, no later than 9:00 am. (Parking is available on side streets)
SALES TAX
EXHIBITORS BOOTH SPACES • Displays may not exceed boundaries • Setup on street surface only • Selling wares in your booth area only • Ensure electrical cords do not create tripping hazards

• All vendors must be packed up and out of the festival area NO LATER THAN 8 pm!
ICE and WATER
• Vendors are expected to collect sales tax for sales and file their own returns.
REFUNDS
• No refunds will be given other than non-accepted applications. Events will take place, rain or shine.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS • For information on overnight accommodations and any motel special event rates, contact St .Marys Tourism at (912) 882-4000, Kingsland Tourism at (912) 729-5999 or email [email protected]
• No Vendor May Sell Fish or Other Seafood Items at the Rock Shrimp Festival.
This is a family oriented festival and the Kiwanis Club of St Marys reserves the right to reject any item offered for sale. Any vendor attempting to sell unapproved items will be required to remove the items or to leave. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
• Oil or grease must be removed by vendor. Do not pour grease into waste water drains.
