1. Construction Outside corrugated and smooth inside pipe, called CAVIDOTTO A DOPPIO STRATO type Normal DN/OD 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 200 mm (IMQ and NF mark license). 2. Composition Neutral high density polyethylene blend, colouring masterbatch add up with anti-UV for 1 year resistance at 130 KLangley. 3. Colour Mass production: outside wall: red, inside wall: black. Outside wall in other colours upon request. 4. Use Low tension electrical and communication cable protection in buried underground systems. 5. Use limits (- 10 / + 60) °C Flame propagator. 6. Minimum bending radius 8 times the DN. 7. Compression test (EN 50086-2-4 / CEI 23-46 / A1 Variant) ≥ 450 N with vertical deflection equivalent to 5 % of the original inside diameter (200 mm samples). 8. Packaging 25 and 50 mt rolls (25 mt rolls for the DN 200) with P.E.T. or polypropylene string. Bars of 6 mt length. Length tolerance ± 1%. 9. Fittings Connection high density polyethylene couplers. Elastomeric rubbers upon request. 10. Installation Buried (see the current Technical Manual).
