While the winter months have their own special quality, we are always thrilled for Spring and the thaw. New fabrics always make the list of our favorite things in the Spring and Summer! Brightening the shop and our homes in the form of beautiful projects to adorn every room. With warmer weather also brings our red hot Sun-Sunsational Summer Retreat! What a great way to beat the heat! Of course we have included our Summer line-up of fabulous classes for you to enjoy and of course Christmas in July will be back this year with a few adjustments. Christmas in July Sales Event!
This year we are running our Christmas in July a little differently. Instead of running the whole month we are packing the fun into one action packed week! Sales, specials, treats, and other great promotions will fill this super fun week! Christmas in July will run the week of July 24th. That Monday we will be having School House. HAND EMBROIDERY BASICS
This simple 4-patch design teaches the basics of rotary cutting and strip piecing. It would look great in juvenile prints for a child or from fabrics that will give it a more sophisticated look. We will introduce you to time-saving shortcuts, show you how to use the tools that quilters love as well as teach you to layer, bind, and machine quilt. The first session will be devoted to discussing needed supplies and selecting your fabric.
