2. Regular maintenance is operated after machine stopping when extruder continuely ruuning 2500-5000 hours, the machine needs to break up the abrasion of inspection, measuring,
identification of main components and replacement parts to wear specified limit, repair the damaged parts.
3. Not allowed to run idle, in order to avoid the screw and machine rolling mao.

4. Extruder should stop immediately during operation in case of abnormal sound, and

inspecting or repairing.

5. Don’t keep a metallic or other material into the hopper, to avoid damage to the screw and barrel. To prevent iron impurities into the barrel, barrel feeding mouth can install suck magnetic component or magnetic frame, and material should be sieved firstly.
6. Pay attention to the production environment clean, do not make rubbish impurities mixed
