Seminole County Public Schools Community Involvement/Dividends School Volunteer Programs Volunteer Coach Request Step One: Complete this form and get it signed by your athletic director. Step Two: Register as a dividend on the SCPS website at www.scps.k12.fl.us Click on "Dividends/RSVP Programs then click on the little red house to complete the Dividend Application. All applicants must enter SS# and complete the entire application form. Step Three: Take this form for fingerprinting to the Community Involvement Office at the Educational Support Center at 400 East Lake Mary Blvd Sanford 32773. Fingerprinting hours: 8:30AM-12PM or 2PM-4PM Cost is $40.95, fingerprints are good for 5 years. Step Four: Approval-SCPS will contact Athletic Director and Volunteer Coach will appear as an approved volunteer coach. Coaches cannot have contact with athletes until they are cleared by the Community Involvement Office.
