PLAYER OF THE WEEK JAKE MCDEVITT Jr. - F - Neumann Cinnaminson, N.J. McDevitt set a school record with eight points (3 goals, 2 assists) in the win over Stevenson on September 14, then scored the overtime winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Salisbury on Saturday.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK SHANE SMITH So. - GK - Neumann Plymouth Meeting, Pa. Made nine saves in the 5-2 win over Stevenson on Wednesday, with both goals coming on penalty kicks. Made six saves in the win over Salisbury in overtime on Saturday.
CSAC HONOR ROLL DANNY SABA - Gwynedd Mercy - Sr. - MF Danny Saba scored three times including the game-winning tally in overtime as GMerrcy rallied for a 3-2 win at Bryn Athyn on Thursday.
HARIS SABOVIC, Keystone - Sr .- MF Sabovic had a big week for Keystone, scoring goals in all three games and totaling 12 points on five goals and two assists for the week.

AROUND THE CSAC CABRINI CAVALIERS (3-3, 0-0 CSAC)
CAIRN HIGHLANDERS (3-3-1, 0-0 CSAC)
The Cavaliers split a pair of games last week, moving to 3 -3 on the season. Cabrini suffered a heartbreaking 1-0 double-overtime loss to Rutgers-Camden on Wednesday, as the Raptors scored in the 105th minute. On Saturday, the Blue and White made senior AJ Bishop's 16th minute goal stand up, en route to a 1-0 victory at Alvernia. Cabrini faces another tough week as it hosts Albright on Wednesday, before its home showdown against Eastern for Homecoming on Saturday.
The Cairn Highlanders went 2-1-0 on the week. A late comeback against long-time rival Lancaster Bible College highlighted the effort for the Highlanders. Cairn scored two goals in the 84th minute to go from trailing 1-0 to winning 2-1 in a matter of 40 seconds. The Highlanders also took down Williamson College of the Trades 5-0 on Monday with four different Highlanders connecting for goals in the contest. Brett Kikendall paced the Highlanders' offense a brace against Williamson College of the Trades with goals in the 17th and 19th minutes.
CENTENARY CYCLONES (2-3, 0-0 CSAC)
CLARKS SUMMIT DEFENDERS (3-4, 0-0 CSAC)
The Cyclones went 1-1 this past week. Senior Kevin Brix scored the game-winner as the Cyclones pulled out a 2-1 victory over Moravian College on Sept. 14. Three different Cyclones scored in a 6-3 loss to Eastern University on Sept. 17. Next week, Centenary will travel to FDUFlorham on Sept. 21, before closing the week with a CSAC clash against Clarks Summit on Sept. 24th.
CSU's three game winning streak came to an end this week, as they suffered two losses. Nate Hubbard's goal on Wednesday night against Wilkes University wasn't enough as the team fell 3-1. DeSales University shut out the Defenders at home on Saturday, 4-0. The Defenders will host Penn College on Tuesday and then travel to the University of Valley Forge on Thursday before kicking off conference action on Saturday at Centenary College.
GWYNEDD MERCY GRIFFINS (4-3, 0-0 CSAC)
IMMACULATA MIGHTY MACS (3-2-1, 0-0 CSAC)
GMercyU scored a thrilling 4-2 victory over visiting Widener University on Saturday afternoon. Matt Saba scored a pair of goals while Eric Smith and Danny Saba added tallies as well. Danny Saba scored three times including the game-winning tally in overtime as Gwynedd Mercy rallied for a 3-2 win at Bryn Athyn on Thursday. Goalie Ryan Oyola made five saves. The Griffins suffered a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat to DeSales, earlier in the week. Mike Czajka scored the lone Griffin goal.
Immaculata went 1-0-1 with a 5-0 victory against Delaware Valley and a 1-1 tie with Widener. Alex Noel led the team with two goals, while Nick Boule had one goal and two assists. Joe Lubonski had a .900 save percentage and 0.51 goals-against average in 176 minutes, and combined with Billy Hegarty and Jon King for the shutout against Delaware Valley. The Mighty Macs begin a threegame home stand with William Paterson Wednesday night, and Immaculata opens CSAC play with Neumann on Saturday.
AROUND THE CSAC KEYSTONE GIANTS (3-3-1, 0-0 CSAC)
MARYWOOD PACERS (2-3, 0-0 CSAC)
Keystone went 2-1 on the week, sandwiching wins over Valley Forge (3-1) and Penn State Altoona (4-1) around a 4-3 overtime loss to Berkeley (NJ). Haris Sabovic had a big week for the Giants with 12 points on five goals and two assists and scoring in all three games. Kouassi Kouadio, Matthew Sim, and Ibrahim Tounkara added a goal and an assist a piece while Steven Heintz, Jr. was a perfect, 2-0 in goal. Keystone opens conference play on Saturday at Marywood in its lone contest this week.
Marywood set a broke school's record for single-game scoring as part of a 1-1 week. The Pacers broke out for nine goals in a win over Berkeley (N.Y.). Trailing by two goals after the 12th minute, Marywood inexplicably rattled off nine unanswered goals. Senior Marc-Daniel Montinard finished with two goals and two assists for six points after never recording a point in his career. Likewise, with only one assist in his career, junior Daniel Gallagher scored two goals and an assist against the Knights. Marywood conceded two goals in the final eight minutes in a 42 loss to FDU-Florham. Dylan McMahon and Cole Belcher each scored. The Pacers travel to Ursinus Wednesday and host Keystone Saturday.
NEUMANN KNIGHTS (2-4, 0-0 CSAC)
ROSEMONT RAVENS (1-4-2, 0-0 CSAC)
Neumann went 2-0 in an exciting non-conference week. The Knights finally got on the score board in a 5-2 win over Stevenson on Wednesday. Jake McDevitt had a hand in all five goals, scoring three and handing out two assists. Christian Cortese and Nick Testa each had a goal and an assist. Shane Smith made nine saves in net. On Saturday, Neumann defeated Salisbury 2-1 in overtime. McDevitt opened the scoring for the Knights. Cortese gave the Knights the win on a free kick in overtime. Smith made six saves in net. This week, Neumann will host Randolph-Macon on Tuesday. The Knights will then open CSAC action on Saturday at Immaculata.
Rosemont went 0-1-1 in the two games this week. On Wednesday the Ravens jumped out to an early 2-0 lead against Delaware Valley on goals from Kaushik Dhanyamraju and Emre Kasik. However, the Aggies would score the next 2-2 to tie the match. Neither team would break through in the overtime periods and the match would end in a draw. Then Saturday Rosemont fell behind early conceding four in the first half, and would go on to lose the game 8-1. Sean Borden provided the Ravens with their lone marker on the day. Next week Rosemont will spilt a pair of games taking on Widener University on Wednesday night at home (7pm). Then they will travel to Gwynedd Mercy for the CSAC opener on Saturday morning (11am).
