NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS IN TERMS OF GAMBLING AND BETTING ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 5 OF 1997) (EASTERN CAPE) (as amended) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public hearings in terms of section 28(1) of the Gambling and Betting Act, 1997 (Act No. 5 of 1997) (Eastern Cape) (as amended) (“the Act”), shall be held in respect of application for Acquisition of financial interest in terms of section 40 of the Act as set out in the Schedule hereunder on Wednesday, 28 September 2016 at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as the Board may be heard at the ECGBB Offices.
