½ yard Woolies Flannel 4 spools* Madeira Aerolock black serger thread* 2 spools black Spagetti 12wt cotton thread* Pins* Scissors* Rotary Cutter and ruler* Double eyed needle or large darning needle* Poster board or Styrofoam floral cone for supporting hat( don’t have to have for class, but will need to display hat) Corner pusher-outer or other ‘pokey’ thing* 2 new size 90/14 needles* 4 thread Serger with standard foot, power cord and foot control* Tweezers *
*Available at Denton Sewing Center If you choose not to make a hat, you can make a doily instead. You will need a 10 inch circle of Woolie flannel and 2 spools of standard serger thread (black) and 2 of the 12wt cotton.
