CAPPING STATION MAINTENANCE
RolandTM VersaCammTM SP-540V capping station maintenance General: Bordeaux Prime Eco (Eco Sol) inks are fully chemically compatible with RolandTM OEM ink, environmentally friendly and easy to changeover. To ensure highest level of inks performance, Bordeaux is recommending the following capping station cleaning procedure to be preformed once a month.

Procedure: 1. Switch printer OFF

2. Remove the I/S COVER 3. Using the special tool, lower the capping station unit

4. Move the HEAD CARRIAGE slowly leftwards so it is not above the capping station unit. Be careful that the head does not strike the media or media clamp. 5. Using an eye dropper, top the capping stations with flushing fluid. Be careful not to overfill.

6. Turn printer ON 7. Run one cleaning cycle. The capping station unit will return automatically to its original position
