#8 Cornered Throw 67 1/4" x 81 1/2" 12 BOM Background/Setting Triangles: 1.5 m Cut (6) 10 1/2" squares, (3) 16 3/4" squares (twice on the diagonal) and (2) 8 3/4" squares (once on the diagonal) Stripe border and corners: 45 cm of three fabrics Cut at 2" (THREE STRIPS CUT AT 1 ½”)
When you make the 4 corner "triangles" cut them from 1 ½” Strip set with a ruler *the colours must all be the same direction. This will be same size triangle as outer border (4 7/8”) Outer border: 2.2m Cut lengthwise 8 1/2" strips and from EACH top/bottom strips cut two 4" squares for corners and one 4 7/8" square. Both 4 7/8"squares cut once on the diagonal to sew with stripe triangles. Outer border corners: 25 cm Cut four 8 1/2" squares, add the corner outer border square on the top and sew across diagonal. Binding: 55 cm Batting: 1.85m Backing: 3.7m
