Settings – Overview You can access the Settings for your eBoss database by clicking the Settings link in the main Navigation on the left. Clicking this link will take you by default to the User Account Section. (We have more in‐depth help for each area of the Settings sections on our Helpdesk.)

My User Profile ‐ Your User Profile is where you can set up your Email, Contact and other details, along with a Custom Email Signature.
Email Templates ‐ Here you can set up pre‐written emails to use for sending to Candidates and Clients on your database.
Index Tab (Management Account Section)
Configure Your System – Set global options for your system here – these apply system‐wide, and not generally to individual Consultants.
User Accounts – Manage Consultant, Managers and Head Office users on the system.
Frozen/Suspended Accounts ‐ Frozen Accounts ‐ Unlock users who enter 3 incorrect passwords
Field Values for Database Forms – here you can customize Job Titles, Industries, Salutations and other information that you wish to select on your eBoss database.
Password Management ‐ Manage Consultant, candidates and client user passwords here.
Country and Regional Administration ‐ Add regions and countries, flag countries by status.
Logo – Add your own logo to your eBoss database.
Setup Checklist – Customize your Checklists for new Candidates and Clients.
Billing – Monitor your SMS Logs
Customize CV Templates – Customize and add new CV Templates.
Automation – Automate certain tasks on your database.
