Les, The depth of the counter was increased and a method to provide ventilation for the equipment under the counter has been resolved. Les I released the order counter, and the two buffet cabinets for production 1st thing in the morning. If there is anything in these areas that concerns you please let me know now. The 5 market niche cabinets are still out for review. With the dimension being 106” we actually have more room for a walkway behind the counter. Therefore, I do not need the depth of Item 22 You can slide the order counter back to make it tighter ,but it may be nice to have a little play to get all the kitchen equipment in after our work is installed

Depth for the custom kitchen equipment at the back wall for the millwork counter with the POS Stations is requested (HDCCO does not have cutsheets for these custom fabricated equipment).
The custom fabricated equipment items at this location are: #21.1 – Equipment Stand #22 – Work Counter #22.1 – Hand sink w/ soap & towel dispenser #25 – Undermount Ice bin
AWM is requesting for an expedited response so they can start building next Monday 2/1. They are looking for the depth of the kitchen equipment at this back wall.
Kirk – Equipment Item #20 (Reach-in Fridge, AHT132WUT-FHS) has an overall depth of 35” per “15-03-18 Myers - MAIN_CONTRACT_PLUS_CutsheetBook_9.18.15”.

Melody \ John We have a 9 ½” blow at the market counter. The counter is supposed to align with the cased opening and we need 36” clear walkway space behind the market counter. Per our field dimensions the counter will stick 9 ½” past the cased opening. How deep is the kitchen equipment along the back wall? Can we gain some room there?
