Attached are revised elevations and details for the Buffet/Market Counter with Sneeze Guard, illustrating how we would like to revise the equipment layout and millwork design. •

ID06.11: Elevation 13 shows the revised equipment and millwork layout. The undercounter refrigerator has been moved to the center. On either side of the refrigerator will be open shelving for plate storage and closed cabinet doors to conceal the frost top equipment. The cabinet doors will have vent slots (stained to match surrounding wood finish). There will also be vent slots at the side of the cabinet enclosing the frost top equipment that would vent into the plate storage niche. Please confirm if this is sufficient venting for this equipment. ID06.12: Elevation 02 was revised to indicate the trash chute required in the countertop that was not indicated previously. Please refer to NSD’s drawings for additional information. The trash chute sleeve will be caulked in place. See attached for confirmation and dimensions ID07.12: - Shane McKinley / HDCCO 1/18/16 o Details 05, 06, 07 and 08 show the revised countertop thickness with the 2cm product; we would like to have the countertops built up to 1-1/2” thick at the front. o Details 08A and 12A are new details showing how the millwork has been revised to accommodate the frost top equipment.
