Rotate iPad or iPad mini (Optional) View the iPad or iPad mini in portrait mode or landscape mode. Rotate the iPad or iPad mini Bracket in the clockwise direction as shown to view the device in landscape position. Rotate counter-clockwise to return to portrait position.

Connect Device
Remove the ShoreTel Dock and its components in the following order to avoid damaging the equipment. 1. 2. 3. 4.
Remove the iPad mini Bracket and the ShoreTel Dock to reveal the remaining contents. See Step 1 below. The iPad Bracket is seated in a cardboard insert. Pivot both the iPad Bracket and the cardboard insert up to a 45 degree angle. See Step 2 below. Slide the iPad Bracket out of the cardboard as shown. Do not pull the iPad Bracket straight out of the cardboard to avoid damaging both the iPad Bracket and the box insert. See Step 3 below. Remove and open the internal box that includes the 100-240V power supply and plugs.
Insert your device as shown. If connecting an iPad or iPad mini, snap the Bracket injector tabs into place for a proper connection. Note: The Bracket has a tight seat when connected to the Dock. Pinch the tabs together firmly to release the Bracket from the Dock, then slide the Bracket up.

Connect Handset The Handset is connected to the rear panel when it is shipped from the factory. Verify that the handset cord is secured in the channel on the underside of the ShoreTel Dock.

On the rear of the ShoreTel Dock, connect the 100-240V power supply to Step 1 as shown.
Select an appropriate plug for your geographical region and snap it into place on the 100-240V power supply. Connect the 100-240V power supply to an appropriate power source. The ShoreTel Dock and the associated device powers on. When a device is connected and the ShoreTel Dock has power, the ShoreTel Mobility Client application prompts to Allow or Deny connectivity. If the application has not been installed, you are directed to the Apple® App Store. Select Yes to continue downloading the application. Refer to the appropriate ShoreTel Mobility User Guide or Quick Reference Card for details on downloading and installing the app.
Note: Bluetooth must be connected and paired to use the ShoreTel Dock with the iPhone Native Dialer. Refer to the ShoreTel Dock Quick Reference for Bluetooth pairing instructions.
