ShoreTel Dock Quick Reference Handset

Speaker

Display area Connect the device to the ShoreTel Dock. The ShoreTel Mobility Client application prompts to Allow or Deny connectivity. If the application has not been installed, you are directed to the Apple App Store. Select Yes to continue downloading the application. Refer to the appropriate ShoreTel Mobility Client User Guide for configuration information.

iPad® Bracket When viewing the iPad in portrait mode (as shown), rotate clockwise to view in landscape mode.

Headset connection

When viewing the iPad in landscape mode, rotate counterclockwise to view in portrait mode.

Dial pad

Volume (+) and (-) buttons control handset, headset, speaker, and ring volume. Mute, Speaker, and Headset buttons illuminate when functions are active.

If the Dock Bluetooth button is on (blue LED), press the Dock Bluetooth button and wait for it to turn off. Verify that Bluetooth is ON for your mobile device. Press and hold the Dock Bluetooth button until it flashes red (pairing mode). On the mobile device, look for the “ShoreTel-” Bluetooth device. This is the ShoreTel Dock. The number is different for each ShoreTel Dock unit. Select that device and allow it to connect. When connected, the Dock Bluetooth button turns solid blue. Once paired, you can turn the Bluetooth connection on/off by pressing the Dock Bluetooth button.
