Existing Regulations • The Sign Guidelines for Site Plan buildings allow additional building signs, above 35 feet. • Sign lettering is limited to 6 feet in height. • Sign area is limited to the total linear frontage of the building facing a public R.O.W. • Up to 2 signs per building. 3
