Concussion WCSA It is expected that all coaches, parents and referees
take all possible concussions seriously Any player taking a serious hit or fall MUST be removed from the game for evaluation by the coach, asst coach or league representative If in doubt sit them out and monitor the player for the next 24-48 hours Coaches who ignore the safety of a player due to the status or nature of the game will face disciplinary actions by their district and / or WCSA disciplinary board

Scheduled Matches Regular season is 8 games
Expected to be played as scheduled Coaches cannot reschedule on their own Only be rescheduled when previously undisclosed event occurs and less than legal team of players will be present
Cannot pre arrange a forfeit in advance. Team that forfeits pays ALL ref fees
Field Closures Field organizer may close fields for weather or other appropriate reasons Referee, assigned to match can close an open field
If both coaches agree field unplayable for SAFETY reasons you must notify District Reps BEFORE leaving the field C – notify to check field status
Weather Issues: Delays / Cancellations/Conditions We WILL play in the rain We WILL play in the heat. Accommodations will be made for
temperatures over 100 degrees, HOWEVER the game WILL be played. Lightening or thunder MANDATORY 30 minute delay from last occurrence Must leave field immediately 1st half game cancelled and rescheduled except last game of the day 3rd quarter game will be restarted in the 4th quarter and played to duration 2nd occurrence game cancelled unless last game of the day. Games cancelled 1st half will be rescheduled as a full game. 2nd half of game will be considered played in full Notify District Rep of any cancellations
