Single Leg JC Band & High Pull

A) Stand on one leg, knee slightly bent and in alignment with toe, JC Band (one handle) in both hands. B) Engage core and lower into a squat and ‘with the core’ and arms and at the same time you start to come up, high pull band above head (not past forehead) NOTE: HANDS AND LEG MOVE AT THE SAME TIME! C) Return to starting position and repeat.

Notes: Concentrate on using the ‘core’ to pull band and lower. Meaning: try not to focus on using hand to pull the band. The movement should start from the core. Options: Lighter/Thicker JC Band, on mat or Airex pad, both legs, both legs on ground, both legs on mat Equipment: JC Bands and yoga mat or Airex is progressing. From Circuit ‘A’
