AIM - To complete as many in a row as possible within a minute.
TASK - Keep the ball in the air by only using the face of the stick. Every connecting tap of the ball counts as 1. If the ball hits the floor the scoring restarts from 0. You can do as many restarts as required and the highest score achieved in the minute is the one which counts.
SCORING - Each individual will have a timed minute and a young leader or team manager will be counting for them. The final amount will be assessed against a scoring tally to establish how many points are achieved.

TASK - Lift the ball toward the target net aiming specifically for the higher scoring zones. Must only use the stick abiding by the rules of hockey. All attempts will be taken from a set spot.
SCORING - Each individual will have 5 attempts and a young leader or team manager will be counting for them. The final amount will be assessed against a scoring tally to establish how many points are achieved. 5 attempt scores are added together. Please see the scoring zones on the diagram.
AIM - To complete as many in a row as possible within a minute without missing the gate.
TASK - Keep the ball passing between the pair between the gates. Participants will have to stand a set distance from the gate line but can move from side to side.
SCORING - The pair will have 45 seconds to complete as many in a row as possible. If the gate is missed the scoring is restarted. A completed pass must go through the gate and reach the partners playing line. This counts as 1, the return pass as 2 etc. The final score achieved will be assigned to both in the pair. If you have an odd number involved, any other can become the partner but score is only achieved by the 1 yet to get a score.
AIM - To complete task in the quickest time possible.
TASK - Move along stretch of obstacles by lifting the ball over them. Obstacles vary in height. Only the ball has to go over the top, the participants doesn't have to (but can if they find it quicker). Stick must only be used abiding by the rules of hockey.
SCORING - Individual must complete the course as quickly as they can. Stopwatch starts when they touch the ball with stick. Must complete all hurdles to finish course. Clock will stop when participant runs ball & themselves through finishing line gate. JUGGLING DOWN COURSE IS NOT PERMITTED. Ball must touch floor between hurdles.

AIM - To remove balls from the top of the markers in the fastest time possible.
TASK - Using jab tackle motion, knock a set of balls from the top of the markers from a set distance away. (Similar to a coconut shy) The balls must hit floor.
SCORING - Participants will go one at a time to generate their own score. The fastest times will be awarded the highest amount of points. Please see scoring table. They will be released from the starting hoop with the call of GO, and the clock will start. The clock stops when the last ball is displaced. Only jab tackle motion to be used.
