Step 1 — Determine the damaged side
If one or both ear cans become uncomfortable, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Pinch a spot along the seam of the cushion. Pull up to remove the cushion until the hesh lining is visible.

Step 3
Keep pulling on the ear cushion until it starts seperating from the ear can.
Continue to detach the cushion from the ear can until it is completely removed.
Step 4
