Our second annual CFHS Youth Skills Camp is an opportunity for Future Lady Black Tigers to get a glimpse of what it takes to play at the high school level.
Parents are encouraged to stay and watch. Youth Coaches are invited to participate! We are all in this together!
Fielding, Throwing, Batting, Bunting, Pitching, and position work will all be covered in the two hours we have with participants.
Then stick around after camp for our 3rd Annual CFHS Softball Alumni Game beginning at 12 p.m.
WE ASK THAT PARTICIPANTS BRING THEIR OWN: • GLOVE • HELMET • BAT • WATER BOTTLE THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED.
COACHING STAFF Kori Brown, B.S., M.A., Varsity Head Coach Coach Brown is going into her 7th year of coaching at CFHS. The 2016 season will be her fourth as head coach. Brown is entering her 11th season of coaching at the high school level.

Jimmy Jones, Varsity Assistant Coach The 2015 season will be Coach Jones third season with the CFHS program. Jones helped coach and guide his daughter to a starting pitching position at Fairmont State University, a Division II university with a strong softball program.
From 9 -11am, participants will be actively rotating through stations with the high school coaches and players covering offensive and defensive skills.
Casey Rawlings, R.N., JV Coach As a Falls Grad, Coach Rawlings is entering her third season as the CFHS JV Softball Coach. Rawlings has three years of coaching experience at the youth levels.
Little Black Tigers will be placed into groups based on age and skill level.
Danyell Fields, JV Coach Coach Fields is entering her third season with the Black Tiger Softball Program.
HOW DOES CAMP HELP THE HS PROGRAM?
All funds raised from our 2nd Annual Youth Camp will help with traveling expenses for the Varsity team during our Spring Break trip to Myrtle Beach.
CFHS Varsity, JV Softball Players and Alumni Our current and former Lady Black Tigers will be on hand to participate and help our Little Black Tigers learn what it takes to compete at the High School level.
CATCHERS SHOULD BRING CATCHING EQUIPMENT. CLEATS ARE PREFERRED, BUT ARE NOT MANDATORY FOR PARTICIPANTS.
RAIN DATE! INCLIMATE WEATHER PLAN: IF MOTHER NATURE DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH OUR PLANS, CAMP WILL BE MOVED TO JULY 26TH. CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. ALL PARTICIPATES WILL RECEIVE THEIR CAMP SHIRTS.
