Sonnet 18

Sonnet 18 Shall I compare thee to a winter’s day? Thou art more delicate and beautiful than thick glittery snow layered along the paths, And a winter’s season slowly melts away… Sometime too weak the eye of heaven shines, And often changes to the moon too quickly, A temperate blaze of heat bouncing along the logs A glistening sheet of paper layered along the road An impaling dagger dripping away slowly… A snow boat getting pulled quickly across the soft bed of snow, You dance like a snowflake, You are a beautifully wrapped present waiting to be opened… However winter’s season can’t stay forever as the snow floats away and the spring season flutters in. So long as ears can hear and we can all breathe, So long lives our love and gives life to thee .
