Sonnet 18 Shall I compare thee to a winter’s day? You are more beautiful and delicate than a snowflake on a breezy sunset; light snow falls so perfect, And winters weeks float by like there wasn’t any, Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines too weak, And often is his gold complexion dimmed, And every bright glowing fire will fade, So the dragon’s breath will always have to cool, not grow, But thy eternal winter shall never leave, But the snow that melts away will secretly be there, When the mist breathes its last breath, And the last drop of snow flutters down, You will always be in my heart forever. So long as hands can touch the air around us and ears can hear, So long as heaven can smell the sweet perfume of life, I will always love you. Amber
