Step 1 — Audio Jack 

The audio jack is located on the top side of the phone, in the center. To access the audio jack disassemble is necessary.



Start by having the screen of the phone facing downwards and remove the battery. Remove eight 5mm screws located as shown with a T-6 bit.

Using a case opener, start on the bottom right side of the phone and undo clips located at the interior sides. Repeat this step for the left side.



Once the clips are undone the back casing should dislocate and reveal the internal components of the phone. Audio jack location is identified on the image.

The audio jack can only be accessed if the internal casing is removed. To remove this, apply pressure on the left side of internal casing and using a flat head screw driver unlatch both clips on the right side of casing.

Step 6



Audio Jack is located and easily removed. New component can be inserted.
