KINDNESS CHALLENGE Southwestern Schools is excited to be a part of the upcoming Je erson County Healthy Communities 40-Day Kindness Challenge beginning on Monday 2nd until Saturday, May 12th. The focus will be on being kind to ourselves, as well as being kind to others through intentional act of kindness every day for 40 days. Author Lisa Barrickman's book, "A Case for Kindness - 40 Ways to Love and Inspire Others" will be the basis for the challenge. Copies of the book are available at Village Lights Bookstore, the Hanover College Bookstore and at both the Madison and Hanover branches of the Je erson County Library. More details on the challenge will be shared in the weeks ahead on the Healthy Communities Facebook page and the SWS Counselors Facebook page - as we all work on being kinder to ourselves and to one another. #ACaseForKindness #BuildingACultureOfHope
